Food Providers - donate what you can.

Non-Food Vendors (for profit) - pay by donation - minimum of $100

Non-Food Vendors (non-profit) - donate what you can.*

 *Non-Profit organizations with available funding for community and awareness programs are encouraged to make a donation 

Providers have to be self-sufficient either via a trunk or your own table, and equipment. 

Electricity will not be available.

Vendors must be 19+

Food vendors must by appropriately licensed.

All vendors must have their own general liability insurance policy for the duration of event. 

Parking space will be provided. 

Food Trucks will park on Bannerman Road alongside the parking lot, swimming pool and softball field.  Other vendors will be given a designated space to set up in Bannerman Park along the trail. 

Access to Bannerman Road will be from Circular Road.
