The Annual General Meeting (AGM) is a yearly community meeting where we review the past year, plan for the future, and elect the next Board of Directors. This is your chance to hear about our activities, ask questions, and have a say in our organization's direction.

To vote in the election, please sign up using the 2024 Election Registration and Nomination Form.
Voting will be online using ElectionBuddy, starting after the AGM finishes and staying open for 24 hours.
Make sure you register before the election begins to receive your unique voting key via email.
